Neovim Markdown Viewer

I have search but I couldn’t find a convenient Markdown viewer and editor for the command line. Glow is definitely nice but relatively heavy and it is not possible to make small edits when reviewing the markdown file. Some very gently prodding of Claude and some of my own thoughts produced mdview: a minimal, dependency Neovim plugin that renders Markdown quite well, has great navigation (your vim bindings) and allows instant editing. See below, the inactive lines are render nicely and the currently active line shows the underlying Markdown that can be edited directly. It is only a few lines but I think very useful.
